For Teacher-Managed Behaviors
Discipline Cycle Note: At the end of 1st semester, student data will be “reset” and students will start through the cycle from the beginning. For students in Tiers II & III, consequences will reset, but interventions will continue.  
Administration-Managed Behaviors
  • Possession or Use of Weapons
  • Possession of Use of Drugs/Alcohol/Tobacco
  • Fighting/Gang Activity
  • Bullying/Harassment/Threats
  • Sexual Harassment (Verbal or Physical)
  • Theft/Forgery
  • Property Damage/Vandalism that Results in Permanent Damage
  • Truancy/Skipping Class
  • Public Displays of Affection (kissing)
  • Profanity Directed Towards an Adult
  • Arson
  • Bomb Threats/Threats Against School
